We look to provide opportunities in private companies, alternative credit vehicles and other alternative asset classes.
Members are able to select and evaluate investment opportunities on their own or with the assistance of a qualified, registered securities representative.
In meeting our regulatory and compliance obligations, we have developed a process for evaluating companies that are bringing Offerings to market, we pre-vet, curate and follow stringent due diligence criteria prior to making the Offerings available to investors.
